Ingredients
- 1 C Butter, Room Temp
- 1C Brown Sugar
- 3/4 C Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 C Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 C M&M (and extra)
- 1 C Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and mix until combined. Add flour, baking soda and salt and mix until just combined. Add M&Ms and chocolate chips. Refrigerate about 15--20 minutes to firm up (longer that that will harden!)
With a large cookie scoop, scoop dough, flatten out 1/2 way, add extra M&Ms to top.
Bake 10-12 minutes, leave on pan 3-5 minute, then move to a rack. Makes about 30 good sized cookies.
