Ingredients

  • 5 pounds baking potatoes
  • 1 pound sour cream
  • 1 stick of butter (melted)
  • 1 bottle of ranch dressing
  • 1 8 oz package of sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 packages of bacon pieces
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • scallions to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Bake potatoes for 1 hours.

Peel & chop potatoes, add all ingredients, toss well.

Option: Instead of mixing in scallions, let people sprinkle on top individually.
