Ingredients

  • 1 box duncan hines yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 sm box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • Bake in sprayed Bundt pan at 350 for 1 hr

Topping:
1 stick butter
1cup sugar
1/3 cup wine

Cook 3 minutes stirring constantly. Pour over hot cake. Loosen cake around edges so juice will run down.

Let cool before removing from pan
