Suzi's Granola

Great for breakfast or toppings.Very versatile as you can choose different nuts and fruit and make it what you will, from fall flavors to tropical.

Ingredients
- 6 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup wheat germ or bran
- 1/4 cup flax seed
- 1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 cup raisins or other dried fruits
- 1/2 cup oil ( I use peanut oil, or even better coconut oil)
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350*
Spread oats onto sheet pan and cook for 10-15 minutes until toasted. Combine with other ingredients, except fruit, and bake (you will need 2 cookie sheets at this point) for 20-25 minutes. Add fruit at the end. Store in an airtight container. Can be doubled. Some may bake this at a lower temp., for longer, but stir it every 15 minutes. You're house is going to smell scrumptious.
