  • 1 (4serving) Jello Lemon flavor instant pudding
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 2 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 2 cups thawed Cool whip/divided
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Step 1

beat cream cheese,dry pudding mix,milk and lemon peel in a karge bowl with wire whisk. Gently stir in 1 cup Cool whip.

Spoon into crust. Top with remaining cool Whip.

refrigerate 4 hours until firm.Top with fresh raspberries just before serving.
