- 1 (8oz) cream cheese/softened
- 1 (4serving) Jello Lemon flavor instant pudding
- 1 cup cold milk
- 2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 2 cups thawed Cool whip/divided
- 1 graham cracker crust

Preparation
Step 1
beat cream cheese,dry pudding mix,milk and lemon peel in a karge bowl with wire whisk. Gently stir in 1 cup Cool whip.
Spoon into crust. Top with remaining cool Whip.
refrigerate 4 hours until firm.Top with fresh raspberries just before serving.
