Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp yeast
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 4 cups flour

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve the yeast in hot water. Scald milk with butter, sugar & salt. Beat eggs and add to milk mixture. Add yeast & flour. Knead. Put in warm place & let rise until doubled. Roll out, spread with butter & sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar. Cut. Let rise until double. Bake on greased cookie sheet 8 to 10 minutes at 400 or until desired brown.
Icing: 1 cube butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
