Rocky Road Brownie Bars

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 1/2 sticks of butter or margarine
• 1 1/2 1/2 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup flour
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 2 cups miniature marshmallows
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cream butter and sugar
Beat in eggs
Combine and thoroughly mix flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt. Beat this into creamed mixture.
Fold in marshmallows, chocolate chips, and nuts.
Spread into 13 x 9 inch pan.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes until firmly set in center.
Cool before cutting into bars.
