  • 1/2 lb. ground pork
  • 1 cup finely shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup finely shredded carrot
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 T. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 t. sesame oil
  • 1/2 T. oyster sauce
  • 2 t. grated fresh ginger
  • 1.5 t. minced garlic
  • 1 t. chili sauce
  • 1 T. cornstarch
  • 1 T. water
  • 12 7 inch square spring roll wrappers
  • 4 t. vegetable oil

Cooking time 60mins


Step 1

Preheat oven 425.
Place pork in medium pan. Cook over medium high heat until brown. Remove from heat & drain.
In medium bowl, mix pork, cabbage, carrot, green onions, cilantro, sesame oil, oyster sauce, ginger, garlic and chili sauce.
Mix cornstarch & water in small bowl.
Place ~ 1T. pork mix in center of spring roll, fold in edges and roll. moisten fingers in cornstarch & water and brush wrapper seams to seal.
Arrange rolls in single layer on medium baking sheet. Brush with vegetable oil. Bake in preheated oven 20 min. until lightly browned. Fro crisper rolls, turn after 10 min.
