Ingredients
- 2 cups grated pepper Jack cheese
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup minced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup minced green onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1-1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoons ground red pepper
- 2 (8-ounce) containers jumbo lump crabmeat, picked
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Crackers or Tortilla chips, if desired

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a large bowl, combine cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, bell pepper, green onion, parsley, lemon juice, seasoned salt, and ground pepper. Gently fold crabmeat into cheese mixture.
3. Spoon mixture into a 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of crab mixture.
4. Bake until bubbly, 30 to 350 minutes. Serve hot with crackers.
