Mushroom Onion Quiche

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen pie crusts, semi-defrosted
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 med. Onions
  • 3/4 lb mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup creamer (less)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp flour
  • 1 Tbsp wine
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Chop onions and slice mushrooms.
Melt margarine and saute onions until transparent.
Add mushrooms.
Cover and cook 10 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Mix together everything else.
Pour into pie crust.
Make lattice and place on top.
Bake @ 450 for 20 minutes.
