  • 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 1 pack (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2 tubes (one 6 oz. and one 12 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • marinara sauce


Preparation time 35mins
Cooking time 90mins


Step 1

Preheat oven 350.
In small bowl beat cream cheese, garlic & pepper until blended. Stir in spinach, cheeses & mayo.
Separate dough. Using serrated knife cut each biscuit in half horizontally. Wrap each half around 1 T. spinach mix, pinching to seal and forming a ball.
Layer in greased 10 inch fluted tube pan. Bake 45-50 min. until golden. Cool in pan 10 min. before inverting onto serving platter. Serve warm with marinara if desired.
