Snacky Crackers

  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 2-3 tablespoons buttermilk ranch dry dressing mix
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
  • 2 (9oz) bags oyster crackers

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the oil, ranch dressing mix, lemon pepper, garlic and dill weed. Stir well. Place the oyster crackers in a large bowl. Pour the seasoning over the crackers and mix well. Place into a double lined, clean paper bag. Close the top and shake well. Place the bag on newspaper to absorb excess oil. Shake occasionally over the next 2 hours until the oil is absorbed. Pour into bowl to serve or in zip top bags for storage.
