Ingredients
- 6 cups chopped fresh rhubarb
- (1 inch pieces)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp orange zest
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Preparation
Step 1
Place the rhubarb, sugar, orange zest and juice in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook, uncovered, for 7 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cool and serve. This keeps in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
