Ingredients
- Cream cheese frosting:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1-16 ounce can pumpkin
- 4 eggs beaten
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1-3 ounce package cream cheese softened
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine softened
- 1 tbs milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Beat cream cheese, margarine, milk and vanilla until creamy. Stir in powdered sugar and smooth.
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350*. Grease jelly roll pan, 15 1/2x10 1/2x1 inch. Beat sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs in large mixer bowl on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, 1 minute. Stir in baking mix, cinnamon and raisins. Pour into pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool then frost with cream cheese frosting. Cut into bars. Refrigerate any remaining bars.
