Ingredients

  • 2- 10 pkg. of frozen spincach, thawed
  • 18 oz. wide noodles, cooked
  • 3/4 lb. Italian sausage,cooked and sliced
  • 3/4 lb. lean ground beef, browned
  • 15 oz. can of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of chopped onions
  • 6 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix sausage and beef well. Mix in cooked noodles. Add tomato sauce, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Mix together cream cheese, sour cream, and milk; add onions. Mix well. In 9 x 13 pan layer half of the noodles and then half of the cream cheese mixture. Cover with all spinach. Then layer remaining noodles and cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese over top. Return to oven until cheese melts.
