Asian Pasta Salad

  • 2 T sliced almonds
  • 2 T unsalted sunflower seed kernals
  • 1 (8oz) pkg Chinese noodles, crumbled
  • 1/3 c white vinegar
  • 1/3 c less sodium beef broth
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 2 T canola oil
  • 1/4 t salt
  • 1/4 ground pepper
  • 1 c chopped greens onions
  • 1 (10 oz) angel hair slaw

Step 1

Heat a med nonstick skillet over med heat. Add almonds, sunflower seed kernels, and noodles to pan
Cook 3 min or until lightly toasted, stirring frequently.

Combine vigegar, broth, sugar, oil, slat and pepper in a small bow., stirring with a whisk.

Combine toasted noodle mixture, green onions, and slaw in a large bowl. Add vinegar mixture, tossing well to conbine. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
