Asian Pasta Salad
- 2 T sliced almonds
- 2 T unsalted sunflower seed kernals
- 1 (8oz) pkg Chinese noodles, crumbled
- 1/3 c white vinegar
- 1/3 c less sodium beef broth
- 1/4 c sugar
- 2 T canola oil
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/4 ground pepper
- 1 c chopped greens onions
- 1 (10 oz) angel hair slaw
Heat a med nonstick skillet over med heat. Add almonds, sunflower seed kernels, and noodles to pan
Cook 3 min or until lightly toasted, stirring frequently.
Combine vigegar, broth, sugar, oil, slat and pepper in a small bow., stirring with a whisk.
Combine toasted noodle mixture, green onions, and slaw in a large bowl. Add vinegar mixture, tossing well to conbine. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
