Maple Walnut Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 stick butter
  • 2/3 cup (5 oz) evaporated milk
  • 1 -12oz pkg white choc chips
  • 1 (7oz) jar marshmallow cream
  • 2 tsp maple extract
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

Line 13x9 with sheet foil and spray or butter. In a pan put sugar, butter, milk. Bring to full rolling boil stirring constantly with wooden spoon for 7-8 min until temp reaches 235*- Remove and stir in choc chips until melted. Add marshmallow cream and maple flavoring stirring until mixed. Add nuts and pour into pan
