Ingredients

  • Glaze:
  • Yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3-5 oz lemon pudding
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 box powdered sugar
  • zest 1 lemon
  • 3 tbs water
  • 3 tbs oil
  • 1/3 – 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Spray mini muffin pan- fill 1/2 full 350* 12 min- place on wire rack. Pierce bottom of muffin and dip into glaze- cool
