Ingredients
- 1 1/4 white corn syrup
- 2 egg whites
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
Heat corn syrup to boiling, combine unbeaten egg whites, salt and vanilla in bowl. Beat at high speed with electric mixer until stiff but not dry. Slowly pour in boiling syrup, continue to beat until frosting is fluffy and peaks.
