Lemon Pudding Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup Bisquick
• 1-3 ounce lemon instant pudding
• 1 egg
• 1/4 cup oil
• 1/3 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350*. Grease 2 large cookie sheets. Mix together ingredients except sugar, until dough forms. Roll into 1 inch balls. Dip glass into sugar and flatten cookie 1/4 inch thick. Bake 10 minutes at 350*.
