Ingredients
- 4 eggs separated
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp lemon rind 1 tbs butter
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cup milk

Step 1
Beat together egg yolk, lemon juice, lemon rind,, beat butter until thick and lemon color. Combine sugar, flour, salt add alternately milk into yolk mixture and beat well. Beat egg whites until stiff, blind into batter on low speed. Pour into 8 inch dish. Place a pan of hot water in oven and set baking dish into pan. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
