Lava Cake

Ingredients

• Melt: 6 oz bittersweet chocolate
• 2 oz semisweet chocolate
• 1 1/4 stick butter
• Add: 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup all purpose flour
• Add: 3 eggs
• 3 egg yolks
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 tbs orange liquor
• 6 6oz custard cup- buttered

Preparation

Step 1

Fill cook 15 min at 425*
Place choc whip cream and dust with powdered sugar and add strawberry.
