Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbs salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbs pepper
- 2 tbs paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 1/2 tsp ground mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp ground thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tbs ground ginger
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In a shallow bowl, mix all ingredients together. Heat a large skillet with the oil. Dip each chicken in the egg and then into the spice mixture, coat well. Add to the skillet and brown on each side. Remove to a baking dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
