Ingredients
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- Small can of mushrooms
- 1/2 cup of chicken,pork or ham
- 2 cups cold cooked rice
- Soy sauce to taste
- 1 egg well beaten
Preparation
Step 1
Cook onions,celery,mushrooms & meat in oil until tender. Add rice & soy sauce. Cook over low heat 5 to 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Add egg and cook over low heat 5 minutes stirring.
