  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • l/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground mustard
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • I teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 to 1-1/2 pounds boneless
  • beef sirloin steak
  • (3/4 inch thick)
