Ingredients
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 3 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tea. soy sauce
- 1/4 te. salt
- 6 (4-5 oz) salmon fillets

Step 1
In a small saucepan, bring syrup to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil, until reduced to 2/3 cup (about 5-6 minutes). Stir in orange juice, butter, and soy sauce; remove from heat.
Sprinkle fillets with salt. Brush with half of maple mixture. Grill, covered with grill lid, over high heat (400-500 degrees), basting occasionally with maple mixture, 4-5 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes with a fork.
