Parmesan Cheese Bread

  • 1 large loaf Pepperidge Farm white sandwich bread, sliced
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 3/4 C milk
  • 1/2 lb (probably more) melted butter
  • 1 large can grated Kraft parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. cut the crusts offbread

2. pile in stacks of 3 slices each

3. dip the middle slice in egg/milk mixture

4. put the soggy piece back in the middle of the stack and cut into 4 triangles

5. dip all edges in melted butter, then parmesan cheese

6. place on large cooking sheet, lightly sprayed with pam, edges not touching

7. cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight

8. bake at 350° and turn over after 13 minutes
