Ingredients
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 pepper chopped
- 1-2 oil olive
- 2 cups of rice brown or white
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 cup of Enchilada Sauce
- 2 cups of chicken broth
Preparation
Step 1
IN a large pot inches} Saute 1 large onion in about 1-2 tablespoons
oil. Chopped 1 green pepper add in pot. and cook with onions.
or use frozen pkg. of peppers and onions mix.
Add 4 cups of liquid 1 can of Tomato Sauce in the pot.
and 1/2 cup of ketchup.
Add 2 cups of rice then basil,garlic about 2 cloves.Bring to
boil and cover the pot with a lid.cook for 45 to 50 minutes.
Then put in oven, at 375*f for 30 more minutes.
