Ingredients
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 4 teaspoons Equal Spoonful (or 2 packets Equal sweetener)
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Whisk vinegar, Equal, mustard, S & P in a small bowl until well blended. Whisking constantly, add oil in a slow steady stream until mixture is thickened and well combined. Serve over mixed greens.
