Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 lbs sliced carrots 1 dash red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup chicken broth 2 tbls honey
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger 1 glove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp butter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in medium sauce pan and bring to a boil, lower heat and continue cooking carrots at a simmer, uncovered. Cook for about 10-15 mins. or until carrots are soft and nicely glazed
