Cherry Poke Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 package super moist yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 package jello {cherry or any flavor}
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 - whipped topping {thawed}

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare cake as usual. Place cool cake top sides up into clean pans prick with a fork. Pour boiling water over jello until dissolved, stir in cold water. Spoon half of jello over each layer. Refrigerate then dip pan in warm water frost as usual. Store in refrigerator.
