Ingredients
- 4 C Penne Pasta (or favorite)
- 2 C White Cheddar Cheese, grated
- 1/2 C Bread Crumbs
- 4 C Heavy Cream
- 1/4 C Sweet Chili Sauce
- 2 TB Sriracha

Step 1
Mac Sauce- In a heavy bottomed stock pot, reduce cream by half. Add the sweet chili sauce and sriracha. Mix thoroughly.
Mac & Cheese- Cook pasta al dente. In a casserole dish, mix penne, cheese, and mac sauce. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and bake uncovered at 350 until browned (about 20 min).
