Ingredients
- 1-10 3/4 can of cream of chicken soup
- 1 bag [3/4 cup] uncooked white rice
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 2 cups frozen or fresh vegetables
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 4 skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup shredded cedar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Stir the soup, rice, water, vegetables and onion powder in a 12x8 inch shallow baking dish. Top with chicken. Season chicken as desired, cover. Bake at 375* for 45 minutes or until done Top with cheese.
