Claremont Diner Salad Health Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. cabbage
  • 1 red onion, sliced paper thin
  • 2 large carrots, sliced paper thin
  • 1 large green pepper, diced
  • 2 cucumbers, sliced thin
  • Dressing
  • 9 tbsp salad oil ( 1/2 cup +1tbl)
  • 9 tbsp vinegar
  • 9 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp coarse salt

Preparation

Step 1


Mix all of the ingredients together

Dressing

Put in blender and mix thoroughly. Pour over the vegetables. Marinate overnight.
