Ingredients
- 6 cups chopped onion
- 1 bottle dry white wine
- 4 cans chopped tomatoes
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 12 cloves garlic, minced or coarsely chopped
- 1 cup cup parsley, chopped
- 4 green peppers, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 2 teaspoons basil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 bottle clam juice
- 4 Tablespoons Asian fish sauce
- 1 cup lemon juice
- Seafood**
- 1 deboned (important) and cubed fillet of seabass, cod or other whitefish
- 1 doz. prawns
- 1 doz. scallops
- 1 doz. mussels
- 1 doz. clams (can use canned)
- or packages of mixed seafood

Step 1
Heat oil in large pan. Add vegetables and sauté until fragrant. Add remaining ingredients and simmer. Thicken with cooked rice or potato flakes. Adjust seasonings.
Lay seafood in serving tray insert. Ladle boiling stew over seafood. Keep in warmer until service.
Makes 3 insert pans +of stew.
