Ingredients
- 1/4 cup each soy sauce, vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp each ginger, cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder or 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 lbs chicken wings
Preparation
Step 1
Stir all ingredients but wings together in a shallow bowl. Add wings and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, turning once during this time. Then, preheat oven to 425. Spread marinated wings on a rack in baking pan. Brush with remaining soy mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden, turning halfway through. Serve right away.
