Buckeyes-Christmas Candy

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups confectioners sugar
  • 2 cup semisweet choc chips

Preparation

Step 1

Line baking sheet with wax paper. In a large bowl beat peanut butter, butter, and sugar with electric mixer until well combined. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet. Place in freezer 30 min or until firm. Microwave chips in glass bowl until melted. Pierce ball with toothpick and dip into choc 3/4 of the way deep. Place on wax paper. Chill in frig 45 min until set.
