Beer Cheese Ranch Dip

Ingredients

• 2 c shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
• 1 packet (1 oz) Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dips Mix
• 1/2 to 3/4 c beer
• chopped green onions and shredded cheese, for garnish
• Chips, pretzels or vegetable pieces

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cheeses and Hidden Valley Ranch dip mix in medium bowl. Gradually stir in beer until mixture reaches desired consistency. Garnish with green onion and additional cheddar cheese. Serve with chipes of vegetable pieces.
