  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sifted flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Beat eggs slightly. Add sugar and salt alternate flour and milk, beat until smooth then add vanilla. Put iron into hot fat, when well heated, dip into batter then immerse it completely. Leave it in for 25 to 30 seconds until crisp. Drain on paper towel. Sprinkle with powder sugar. Note if drop from mold ,fat to hot to soft, cooked to quickly busters, eggs have been beaten to much.
