Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs 85% lean ground chuck
- 2 slices of white bread
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Place ground beef in a large bowl. In a medium bowl, smash to combine milk and bread into a panade. Add onion, salt, pepper and worcestershire sauce to panade, then add to ground beef. Mix with hands to thoroughly combine.
Variations:
BBQ Ranch Burger: Add 1 packet of ranch seasoning to ground beef and top cooked burger with BBQ sauce.
Blue Cheese Burger: Add 1 tablespoon dijon mustard and 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles to ground beef.
