Baked Broccolini

Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound Broccolini or broccoli spears
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Place Broccolini in a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Combine the lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper; drizzle over Broccolini and toss to coat.
Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 10-15 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Yield: 4 servings.
