Hash Brown Casserole for a Crowd

Ingredients

• 2 lb bag of frozen hash browns
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1/2 c chopped onion
• 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 pt sour cream
• 2 c grated Cheddar cheese or more depending on your likes

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all together in a big casserole dish. Put 1/4 cup melted butter on top (if you wish) and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Another do ahead dish.
