Strudla

Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 cups warm water
  • Meat and potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients for dough, kneed well. Put in bowl and cover. Let stand 1 hr. Cook meat (chicken) with onions and add diced potatoes. Add water to cover meat and potatoes. Roll out dough. Steach till paper thin. Roll up loosely as for cinnamon rolls. cut in 3 inch lengths. Lay on top of meat and potatoes. Cover and cook 30 mins. at medium heat, reduce heat till done.
