Blueberry Smothie

  • Handful of fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 8 oz vanilla or plain yogurt
  • Ice cubes
  • vanilla
  • Milk

Preparation

Step 1

Fill the personal blender to the frozen ingredients with the blueberries yogurt, ice cubes and vanilla. Add milk to the liquid line and blend. Can add a scoop of vanilla whey protein.
