  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 4 carrots, shredded
  • Dried Onions
  • Bisto Gravy (Can be found at Fresh & Easy. International Aisle. British section)
  • Paprika
  • Butter
  • Potatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil potatoes to make mashed potatoes (can be with or without skin). Season to taste.
Cook ground beef, carrots, and dried onions in a small amount of water for 30 minutes. Add in bisto to thicken. Let sit for 10 minutes to allow gravy to thicken.
In a casserole dish, put ground beef mixture in the bottom. Top with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle top with paprika. Place some butter patties on top. Place in oven, uncovered, until top is brown (20-30 minutes).
