Black and White Banana Pudding

  • 13/4 cup cold milk
  • 1 large banana sliced
  • 1-4 serving size chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling
  • 2 cups thawed cool whip
  • 1 square semi sweet baking chocolate chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Let stand 5 minutes. Arrange 1/2 of the cookies on bottom of 1 to 1 1/2 quart serving bowl. Top with 1/2 of the pudding, 1/2 of the banana slices and 1/2 of the whipped topping. Repeat layers. Refrigerate 3 hours or until ready to serve. Just before serving, garnish with chopped chocolate and additional banana slices dipped in lemon juice to prevent darkening if desired.
