Ingredients
- Make Tomatillo sauce
- corn tortillas
- cooked, shredded chicken breast
- cream sauce ( half heavy cream and half sour cream)
- Monterey Jack Cheese

Step 1
Cover bottom of casserole with a pool of tomatillo sauce.
Soften corn tortillas and fill with chicken. Then place on top of sauce in casserole. Now completely cover all enchiladas with more tomatillo sauce. Make sure enchiladas are snug in pan. Pour Creme sauce over top liberally. Top with cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 30 mins.
