Ingredients
- 1/2 jar DICKINSONS Pumpkin Butter
- 12 oz. PET Evaporated Milk
- 2 Tbsp. CRISCO Light Olive Oil
- 2 c. Baking Mix
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
Preparation
Step 1
Combine baking mix and cinnamon, set aside. Beat pumpkin butter, evaporated milk, oil, eggs and vanilla, stir until smooth. Stir dry ingredients into the liquid. Cook on a griddle as you would for regular pancakes. Makes 4-6 servings.
