Ingredients
- 5 cups chocolate ice cream
- 14 chips ahoy cookies, crushed 1 1/4 cups
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 1 1/2 thawed Cool Whip Free Topping
- 1 square bakers semi sweet chocolate
Preparation
Step 1
Line a loaf pan with foil, with the ends of foil extending over the sides. Spread ice cream onto bottom of the pan. Mix cookie crumbs and butter; sprinkle over ice cream. Cover with ends of the foil and gently press cookies into ice cream.
Freeze for 6 hours or until firm.
Invert dessert onto a plate when ready to serve; remove pan and foil. Frost with the cool whip. Coarsely grate chocolate square over the top.
